Hi, I'm Dawn, a human resource junkie with a passion for people development. I've been an HR director for several branded hotels in San Diego, serve as a forum leader for current HR executives and an adjunct instructor in the HR Certificate program at SDSU.
For over 30 years, I've been on a whirlwind adventure of experience and self-discovery and want to share what I've learned with others. Think of me as your wingwoman, here to help you navigate your unique challenges and create environments that inspire your team.
